From clock-in to payroll – without retyping

Your employees record their time as usual: in the app, with an NFC chip, at the time clock terminal or in the browser. At the end of the month a time report is closed for each person and – if you use it – confirmed by the employee and their manager. From that moment the month is locked: the figures that go into payroll are exactly the figures that were signed off.

From these closed reports Jobilino creates the file for your payroll software in one click. A preview shows line by line what will be exported beforehand – and warns you when something is missing instead of silently leaving it out.

Which figures are transferred

For every employee and month, Jobilino compiles all payroll-relevant figures:

  • Worked hours – optionally split by activity (e.g. regular work, on-call, driving time) with their own wage type
  • Overtime from the overtime account
  • Sunday, public holiday and night hours as the basis for surcharges – the night window follows the country of the employment contract
  • Paid public holidays, leave and paid breaks
  • Absences by type – such as sick leave or special leave – in days, in hours or both
  • Travel expenses, split into the tax-free and the taxable part

Supported payroll software

DATEV LODAS

Jobilino writes the movement data in LODAS' ASCII import format – including consultant and client number and the processing keys for hours, days and amounts. The file is read into LODAS through the ASCII import.

BMD NTCS and Lexware lohn+gehalt

For BMD and Lexware, Jobilino creates a CSV file with personnel number, month, wage type, quantity and amount. You map the columns once in the payroll software's import – after that, one click a month is enough.

ADDISON Lohn & Gehalt

For ADDISON, Jobilino creates the file imp_lbw.txt for the import of payroll movements. The column order is set up once in ADDISON's import control.

Sage HR Suite

For Sage, a CSV file for the import of gross pay data is available – with one date per line, as Sage checks it on import.

Set it up once, use it every month

Your tax adviser or payroll office defines the wage types – Jobilino only uses them. In the payroll export settings you enter once which figure goes to which wage type. Every time entry type then shows directly where its hours go – and flags any type that has no wage type yet. If leave is accidentally mapped twice, Jobilino points it out before it shows up in payroll.

Our tip: do a test import together with your payroll office for the first month. After that, the hand-over works the same way every month.

Traceable and secure

  • Closed months only: only locked time reports are exported – optionally only those confirmed by both sides.
