How the employee experiences the app

Install the app and log in
The employee installs the app, enters their access code and selects their language. Duration: under two minutes. No e-mail, no password reset.

Start of work – tap and get going
Open the app, tap Start, select a project. The time tracking begins. At the NFC tag on site, a brief hold of the smartphone is all it takes.

Breaks and project switching
Tap Pause for a break. When switching projects, select the new project. One tap per action – nothing more.

End of day – tap Stop
At the end of the day, tap Stop. The app displays the booked hours. The employee sees their daily entry immediately.
Start-Stop Time Clock
Three buttons: Start, Pause, Stop. The current working time is displayed live. No timer setup, no settings, no menu navigation.
Project Selection
When starting, the employee selects the project from a short list. To switch projects, they tap once. The projects are set up by the office – the employee does not need to create anything.
Personal Hours Overview
Daily, weekly and monthly overview of the employee's own booked hours. The employee can see at any time how many hours they have worked this week and what balance is outstanding.
Leave Request
Employees tap on leave, select the time period and submit the request. The manager approves with a single click. Remaining leave is visible in the app.

Photo Documentation
