Night, Sunday and public holiday supplements are stored per contract and derived from the recorded hours – the fitter does not tick anything. The night window follows the country of the contract, because Austria and Germany define different periods. In the month-end view the supplement hours are listed separately from ordinary hours.

Does the drive from one customer to the next count as working time?

If you switch travel time recording on, yes. The fitter clocks out at the first customer choosing the site-change option; the time until they clock in at the next customer is kept as an entry of its own. It counts as working time but deliberately belongs to no customer project – a change of location belongs to no single job. You decide how long a drive is still recognised automatically; the default is one hour.

Can I see whose switching authorisation is about to expire?

Yes. Qualifications and safety briefings are stored with a validity date. Jobilino sends a reminder 42 and 14 days before expiry and on the day itself – to the employee and to the responsible people. The qualification matrix shows the whole team on one page: valid, expiring soon, expired or not held at all.

How do I prove to the main contractor who was on site and when?

Every entry records the employee, the time and the site; photos can be attached on request. The report per site can be exported as a PDF or a spreadsheet and handed to the client. Where the rules are stricter, you can define a radius per site within which clocking in is possible at all.

What happens if a fitter forgets to clock out?

The open entry stands out immediately in the month-end view instead of quietly passing as a twelve-hour day. It is corrected with a late entry – depending on your settings with a reason and approval by the supervisor. Both the original and the corrected time stay in the log, so it remains traceable what was changed.

Can installed material be assigned to the same site as the hours?

Yes, if you use the warehouse module. A material withdrawal is booked to the same site people clock in on – so hours and material end up in one report instead of two separate lists. Without the module Jobilino stays pure time tracking; the sites are the same ones.
