What record-keeping obligation applies to working hours in Austria?
Under § 26 of the Austrian Working Hours Act (Arbeitszeitgesetz, AZG), employers must keep ongoing records of the hours their staff work – the start, end and duration of daily working time as well as rest breaks. The records have to be produced if the Labour Inspectorate (Arbeitsinspektorat) carries out a check; if they are missing or incomplete, administrative fines follow. Jobilino meets this obligation and produces the evidence at the push of a button.

How do we prove to a Viennese property manager that a site was serviced?
Through the NFC tag at the site combined with the site allocation. The tag is physically fixed on location – whoever clocks in was there. Every entry carries the time, the duration and the site, and the location as well if you want it. You export that evidence per site as a PDF or Excel file and hand it to the property manager, instead of arguing about who was present.

Our teams look after several sites a day – how does that work?
Everyone clocks in and out per site. Switching takes one tap, and with an NFC tag not even that.
